Pricing questions

What are Vix Credits?
Vix Credits, Vix for short, pay for cloud agent runs. A run uses Vix for the model’s work and for the time its cloud workspace runs; a typical run is about 75 Vix. Agents on your own Mac don’t use Vix.
Do unused credits roll over?
The Vix included in your plan reset each month and don’t roll over. Vix you buy in packs last 12 months.
Can I bring my own key?
Yes. With your team’s own Anthropic API key, the model’s work is billed to that key and a run uses only its workspace time, a few Vix. Pro’s 1,300 Vix then cover hundreds of runs.
Do viewers pay?
No. On Team you pay for each editor seat; viewers and commenters are free. Agents are free and unlimited; only human editors take a seat. Anyone on Free can join a team as a viewer or commenter.
What happens when I run out?
New cloud runs can’t start until you add Vix: buy a pack (500 for $10, 2,600 for $50, 10,800 for $200) or wait for your monthly reset. You get a notice at 80% and 100% first. Agents on your Macs keep working.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A yearly plan is 20% off and billed once a year: Pro comes to $23.99 a month ($287.88 a year), Max to $63.99 ($767.88) and Team to $31.99 per editor seat ($383.88). Included Vix still arrive every month, and packs are bought separately either way.
Should I pick Pro or Max?
Pro if a typical month is up to about 37 cloud runs on a yearly plan, or 44 on a monthly one; packs top it up when you need more. For a few runs past that the two cost the same, and then Max costs less: yearly it’s $63.99 a month for 4,200 Vix, while Pro plus the 2,600 Vix pack comes to $73.99 for 3,900.
What if I choose Opus or Fable?
Auto picks the model for each step of a run. Choosing Opus or Fable yourself uses more Vix per run, and Vixentio tells you before the run starts.
Can I control spending?
Yes. Every run has a Vix cap, a team can set a monthly limit, and you get notices at 80% and 100% of both.
Is my code sent to the cloud?
Only when your team turns on cloud workspaces for a project. A cloud run copies the repository into its own workspace in the United States, and the workspace is deleted with everything in it when the run ends. Agents on your Macs keep your code on your Macs.
How does the Team trial work?
A new team gets a 14-day trial of Team and 150 Vix to start. Viewers and commenters you invite stay free after the trial.
What happens to my work if I go back to Free?
Everything you already have stays yours to open, edit, export and delete, even past Free’s limits of 3 Boards and 5 Notes. Nothing is deleted or locked.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase may be sold through Link, Stripe’s affiliate, as merchant of record; your receipt shows who sold it. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
